FAQ

  • What should I do when oral reservation? If interested in an exclusive reservation please contact us on telephone number 558 650 653 or send a contact form, see Contacts. At the oral reservation we only need to know your name, phone number and email. Oral reservation is valid for a period of seven working days.
  • What should I do when binding reservation? For land binding reservation is necessary to conclude a reservation contract, or a future purchase contract at our branch in Frýdek-Místek and pay a reservation fee. Time reservation land is concluded for a fixed period, usually 14 days.
  • What is the reservation fee amount and can I get back the reservation fee? The amount of the reservation fee is 50.000,- CZK. The reservation fee is a deposit of purchase price for the property and is not refundable.
  • When it is necessary to conclude a sales contract? The purchase contract must be closed during the reservation mentioned in the reservation agreement, possibly in agreement on a future purchase.
  • Are the prices listed in the price list incl. VAT? According to the Act no. 235/2004 Coll., On Value Added Tax, effective from January 1, 2016 saw the introduction of 21% VAT, which is charged to the price of land which is 975Kč per m²
  • Can be purchased land together with the project documentation for the construction of the house itself? Unfortunately no, we do not have the project documentation for the implementation of buildings. If you are interested, we are able to arrange the purchase.
  • What kind of house can I implement on the land? This choice is entirely up to you, you are limited only by the master plan and the general regulations of construction, see Spatial Plan Sviadnov
  • When will it be possible to initiate individual building? The actual construction can clients begin after owning the building permit.
